It helped me find ways to relieve stress calmly, the more I did the exercises the more I got used to it and it became easier to control my stress, especially over the period of my mock exams. I would 100% recommend you to anyone who feels stressful or has something going on around a busy time of the school year which they feel is hard to dismiss in the back of their mind.
